It's the saga of the birthday invitations. We ordered them from Shutterfly, and they didn't show up. We contacted them, and they redid the order. They still didn't show up. We contacted them again, and they redid the order again. Then, the wrong order was delivered to us. We finally told them to cancel the order and refund us the charge. Then we ordered some from Walgreen's and picked them up the next day. A few days later (three days before the birthday party), two packages of what we originally ordered showed up. What an ordeal. They look great, but this is the first time we've had such problems when ordering from Shutterfly.
